Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Love Papa Murphys! This last time I ordered on the app. It was done prior to the expected time and order was exactly right. If your looking for great pizza, good and fast service this is the place. Always so fresh.

I had a walk in order. There were two teenage kids arguing over who was going to "work" and make the pizza. This went on for far too long. One was newer and didn't know how to make my pizza. The other was busy doing nothing in the back. My pizza took a literal 42 minutes to make. They do not even cook them! Just assembled! Six other customers came in and waited just as long. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered a large pizza WITHOUT mushrooms had mushrooms also ordered mini pepperoni pizza wasn't made at same time. Would have given more stars but.... And they wanted a tip which couldn't say no on the cash register so they got a tip anyway. People wanting tip for not doing their job properly.......😔😳

None of my sauce or topping were weighed or measured. I got a thin crust Thai Chicken which did not bake crispy cause sauce was just poured on there with zero weight known. I ask to add tomatoes and no crushed pepper and had to stand there and tell them to add or take off cause it wasn’t on the slip. Working at a Papa Murphy’s before I was quite dissatisfied and disappointed in the pie I drove 2 hours for.

I ordered on line and added feta cheese to our Chicken Bacon Artichoke & paid extra for it and still didn’t get it. That happened twice. This time the spinach was wilted and nasty & I had to throw most of the spinach away. We have always loved Papa Murphys but the Republic one has gone down hill. I did the survey online & asked that a manager contact me & no one ever did. A few months ago I went in and ordered a special Low Carb Style pizza and when the lady was making it I told her maybe she misunderstood me that I wanted it on the pan just no crust. I explained that i wanted everything else though. She was putting it in a pasta dish. She looked at me like I was an idiot and said this would bake the same as a pizza. I realized then it was fine & tried to be polite & thank her for doing it that way for me. When I got home I realized there was no sauce and NO FETA!!! I pay extra for the feta and never get it.
